I have been learning so much about permaculture lately that I want to share how David Holmgren’s 12 principles have helped me structure the very blog you are reading and I encourage all of you to consider how all of these principles can be applied to everything in your life:

1. Observe and interact: I hope that you, the blog reader, will observe by reading this blog entry and interacting with it by responding to it.  This blog is itself a product of my interaction based on the observations I have had from practicing permaculture recently.
2. Catch and store energy: I have been catching, or accumulating permaculture knowledge at 21 Acres and am storing it online in this blog form so that it wont be forgotten or lost
3. Obtain a yield: This blog entry itself is a yield, or as in my previous entry, was evidence of yield.
4. Apply self-regulation and accept feedback: Self-regulation is a structured and organized learning process, just like a blog entry is part of the structure of the website I administer.  It would be worthless if your feedback was not accepted.  For this reason, post a comment and let me know what you think.
5. Use and value renewable resources and services: The computer I am using to post this blog with is powered by renewable photovoltaics underneath one of Washington State’s largest solar arrays.
6. Produce no waste: One thing I love about online blogging is that it doesn’t produce the ink and paper waste of printed media, nor does it cause emissions from delivery vehicles.
7. Design from patterns to details: This very blog entry is encouraging us to take a step back and observe natural patterns in our lives and connect them to these 12 core principles and a detail could be a specific example that just supports the pattern without attempting to alter it.  In this list, the words in italics are considered fixed permaculture patterns while the non-italics are details determined by each pattern.
8. Integrate rather than segregate: It is hoped that publishing this blog will help you get to know me well enough to post a response and open up a dialogue that will bring us closer together and allow for collaboration.
9. Use small and slow solutions:  With only one third of the world population using the internet and three quarters of these internet users in the top 20 countries, there is an overwhelming amount of people who will never read this  However this lack of exposure by no means discourages me from writing a blog, because I know someone will benefit from it, no matter how complex or global a problem appears to be.
10. Use and value diversity: I wrote my past few blog posts in disparate ways to attract diversity, because with that comes the “likes” and “followers” that measure resiliency and stability.
11. Use edges and value the marginal: The interface between things is arguably where you will find the most interest.  This blog entry bridges the gap and points out an interesting connection between the principles of permaculture and its practical application to everyday life, and in this case, a blog post.
12. Creatively use and respond to change:  Again, I value your feedback and want to make this blog a useful educational tool for you.  Any critiques, comments, questions, or suggestions will greatly help me develop this blog for all of you.

He estado aprendiendo mucho sobre permacultura últimamente que quiero compartir cómo 12 principios de David Holmgren me han ayudado a estructurar el mismo blog que estás leyendo y os animo a todos a considerar cómo todos estos principios se pueden aplicar a todo en su vida :

1. Observar e interactuar: Espero que usted, el lector del blog, podrá observar al leer esta entrada de blog e interactuando con él, respondiendo a la misma. Este blog es en sí mismo un producto de mi interacción con base en las observaciones que he tenido de la práctica de la permacultura recientemente.
2. Atrapar y almacenar energía: He sido la captura, o la acumulación de conocimientos de permacultura a los 21 Acres y estoy almacenarla en línea en este formulario blog para que no lo puedo ser olvidado o perdido
3. Obtener un rendimiento: Esta misma entrada del blog es un rendimiento, o como en mi entrada anterior, había pruebas de rendimiento.
4. Aplicar la autorregulación y aceptar retroalimentación: La autorregulación es un proceso de aprendizaje estructurado y organizado, al igual que una entrada de blog es parte de la estructura de la página web administro. Sería inútil si no se aceptó su regeneración. Por esta razón, publicar un comentario y quiero saber lo que piensas.
5. Uso y valor de los recursos y servicios renovables: El ordenador que estoy utilizando para enviar este blog con es alimentado por energía fotovoltaica renovables por debajo de uno de los mayores paneles solares del estado de Washington.
6. Producir no tienen desperdicio: Una cosa que me gusta de los blogs en línea es que no produce la tinta y el papel de desecho de los medios impresos, ni causa las emisiones de los vehículos de reparto.
7. Diseño de patrones a los detalles: Esta cifra mismo blog nos anima a dar un paso atrás y observar los patrones naturales en nuestras vidas y conectarlos a estos 12 principios fundamentales y un detalle podría ser un ejemplo específico que se acaba apoya el patrón sin intentar alterar ello. En esta lista, las palabras en cursiva se consideran fijos los patrones de permacultura, mientras que los no-cursiva son detalles determinados por cada patrón.
8. Integrar en lugar de segregar: Se espera que la publicación de este blog le ayudará a conseguir conocerme lo suficiente como para publicar una respuesta y abrir un diálogo que nos traerá más juntos y permitir la colaboración.
9. Utilice soluciones pequeñas y lentas: Con sólo un tercio de la población mundial el uso de Internet y las tres cuartas partes de estos usuarios de Internet en los 20 países, hay una enorme cantidad de gente que nunca va a leer esto Sin embargo, esta falta de exposición de ninguna manera me desalienta de escribir un blog, porque sé que alguien va a beneficiarse de ella, no importa cuán compleja o global un problema que parece ser.
10. Uso y valorar la diversidad: Escribí mis últimos posts en el blog de maneras dispares para atraer a la diversidad, ya que con ello llegan los “me gusta” y “seguidores” que miden la capacidad de recuperación y la estabilidad.
11. Utilice bordes y valorar lo marginal: La interfaz entre las cosas es, sin duda, donde se encuentra el mayor interés. Esta entrada de blog de puente y señala una conexión interesante entre los principios de la permacultura y su aplicación práctica a la vida cotidiana, y en este caso, una entrada de blog.
12. Creativamente utilizo y responder al cambio: Una vez más, valoro tus comentarios y quiero hacer de este blog una herramienta educativa útil para usted. Cualquier Críticas, comentarios, preguntas o sugerencias le ayudarán en gran medida a desarrollar este blog para todos ustedes.
